*Brainy Techs reserves the right to cancel the referral program or make changes to the terms and conditions at anytime without any notification to our participants. Referral participants must be of the age 18 and over to qualify for the Brainy Techs Referral Program. **A qualifying purchase is defined by any service purchase totaling greater than or equal to $60 (sixty dollars). Only one referral payment will be fulfilled per paying customer household. Referral payments are fulfilled via check and are mailed within 10 business days of the qualifying service purchase date. If applicable, ***Brainy Techs is not responsible for any check processing or cashing fee(s) charged by any financial institution. Brainy Techs is not responsible for any mistakes or changes on the information you provide us. Program participants are responsible for notifying Brainy Techs of any changes made to their contact information.
